Getting started: your first campaign, end to end

lead2inbound takes leads in, has an AI voice agent call and qualify them, and warm-transfers the good ones to a buyer phone number. Here's the whole setup, in order.

1. Connect your AI voice provider

Go to Settings → Integrations and paste your Retell API key. We validate it and pull in the agents (AI "callers") from your Retell account. See Connecting your voice provider.

2. Connect do-not-call scrubbing (strongly recommended)

Connect your TCPA Litigator List account on the same page. Every lead is then scrubbed automatically before any call. You can run without it, but only after an explicit acknowledgment, and the platform will keep warning you.

3. Add a buyer destination

On Destinations, add the phone number that should receive qualified transfers — for many operators that's a tracking number from LeadRouter, Ringba, or Retreaver. Set its accepting hours and payout so your revenue reporting is right.

4. Create a campaign

On Campaigns, pick your agent, a caller-ID number, and your destination. The defaults are sensible; open the advanced sections only when you need them. Activate it — the readiness check will tell you if anything's missing.

5. Send leads in

Point your webform or lead vendor at your HTTP posting URL, or import a CSV. Every lead needs consent evidence or it will be stored but never dialed. See Getting leads in.

6. Watch it work

The Dashboard shows your funnel (received → called → qualified → transferred), and the Live Board shows calls as they happen. Set up your revenue postback so every transferred call reports what it paid.
