Billing and your free trial

Two components: a monthly plan, and a small per-minute platform fee on AI-call time. Your voice/telephony vendors bill you separately, at cost, through your own accounts.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a card on file and a free trial that lasts 14 days or 60 minutes of AI calls, whichever comes first. If the minutes run out early, calling pauses — nothing is charged automatically — and the dashboard shows an upgrade button that resumes calling within a minute. Lead intake keeps working during a pause. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

The per-minute fee

Every AI call's duration is metered (fractional — a 90-second call is 1.5 minutes) at your plan's rate: 3.0¢ on Starter, 2.5¢ on Growth, 2.0¢ on Pro. Your monthly invoice is the plan price plus last month's metered minutes, collected by Stripe automatically.

Changing plans

The workspace owner can switch plans any time under Settings → Plan & billing — checkout and card handling happen on Stripe. Annual billing gets two months free.

If a payment fails

Stripe retries automatically and you'll get an in-app notification to update your card. Access isn't cut off while retries are in progress.
