Connecting your accounts: which key does what
Everything outside lead2inbound connects in one place: Settings → Integrations & API. You bring your own accounts and keys, so the numbers, recordings, and vendor bills stay yours. Only Owners and Admins can view or change integrations.
Twilio — your phone numbers and texting
Unlocks: buying and importing caller-ID numbers, rotation pools, pre-call and follow-up text messages, STOP handling, and the phone-record check we use to confirm your buyers actually answered a transfer.
How: paste your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio console and click Connect. We validate on the spot and auto-detect the numbers on the account. There's an optional account-default sending number for campaigns that don't pick their own.
One extra step: point Twilio's inbound-message webhook at the URL shown on the connected Twilio card, so a reply of STOP suppresses that person from texts and calls. Step-by-step in Text messages.
ElevenLabs or Retell — the AI voice
Unlocks: the actual conversation. Without one connected, a campaign has nothing to dial with.
How: paste the API key; we validate it and list the agents in that account. Each provider needs one webhook set on their side so call results flow back. Full setup and the differences between the two: Connecting your AI voice provider.
Do-not-call scrubbing — TCPA Litigator List
Unlocks: automatic scrubbing of every lead at intake, and a re-scrub before dialing whenever the last check is more than 31 days old. Matches are marked ineligible and never dialed.
How: paste the credentials from your TCPA Litigator List account. It's the one scrubbing provider connectable today; others are planned.
You can run without it, but activating a campaign will make you acknowledge that in writing (we record it), and the campaign carries a Not scrubbed chip afterwards.
LeadRouter — revenue double-check (beta)
Unlocks: an hourly comparison of LeadRouter's own call log against the revenue postbacks you received, so a missing payout gets filled in and a disagreement raises a notification. Details in Tracking revenue.

What this costs
Nothing here is billed by us. Twilio bills you for numbers, minutes, and texts; your voice provider bills you for AI-call time; your scrubbing provider bills you for lookups. lead2inbound charges your plan fee plus a small per-minute platform fee — see Billing.
Safety
Keys are encrypted before they're stored and are never shown back to you in full. Each card has a Disconnect button that tells you exactly what will stop working before you confirm.
