Connecting your AI voice provider
The AI voice that actually talks to your leads runs on your own account with a voice provider — you bring the key, their usage is billed by them to you at their prices.
Retell (fully supported)
- Create your agent in Retell's dashboard (script, voice, transfer behavior).
- In lead2inbound: Settings → Integrations → AI voice calling (Retell), paste your Retell API key. We check it live and list the agents we found.
- Add the agents you want to use — they become selectable in campaigns.
- Copy the webhook address we show you into your Retell agent's webhook settings. That's how call events (answered, transferred, ended) flow back into your stats.
Your agent receives these details for every call, usable in your script: the lead's name, state, the attempt number, the transfer number, and a whisper message for the buyer.
ElevenLabs (beta)
ElevenLabs connects the same way, plus two extra steps in their dashboard: a post-call webhook pointing at us (we show the exact address and take the shared secret), and a phone number imported through their native Twilio integration. This integration hasn't been verified on a live call yet — keep production campaigns on Retell unless you're helping us test.
What you pay
Voice-provider and telephony usage is billed by those vendors directly to you — typically $0.09–0.15 per minute all-in. lead2inbound's own platform fee is separate; see Billing & your free trial.
