Reading your numbers: dashboard, live board, analytics, insights

Four screens, four jobs: the Dashboard for today at a glance, the Live board for what's happening this second, Analytics for date-range reporting, and AI insights for what your calls are telling you.

Dashboard

Your funnel — leads in, dialed, connected, qualified, transfers sent, buyer answered, billable — plus the money line, a compliance summary, recent leads, and the buyer-acceptance panel. The onboarding checklist sits at the top until you've finished setting up.

Live board

Calls in progress right now, with the transcript filling in every few seconds while the call is still happening. Alongside: transfers and revenue so far today, today's answer rate (and how many calls hit a call screener), a per-campaign table, and an activity feed of dials, answers and transfers as they land. This is the screen to leave open while a campaign runs.

Analytics

Date-range reporting. Pick a preset (today, yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, this month, last month) or a custom range, and you get summary tiles, day-by-day charts of calls dialed vs connected, transfers, and revenue — plus four breakdown tables: by day, by campaign, by source (which lead source), and by buyer. Every table sorts and has a Download CSV button.

Two tiles worth understanding:

A note on the "by day" table: a lead reached on two different days counts once on each, so a column total can be slightly higher than the range-wide tile. That's normal reporting behavior, not a bug.

Buyer acceptance

"Answered 3 of 7 transfers sent — 4 rang with no answer." Whether a buyer picked up is checked against the phone records, not just the voice provider's word, so a buyer who has quietly stopped answering their tracking number shows up the same day. Also broken out by buyer on the Analytics page.

AI call insights (Pro)

Insights in the sidebar reads your recent call transcripts and reports the objections that came up most (with suggested rebuttals), what your converting calls did well, and concrete script changes to try. Reports are produced weekly; Admins can also regenerate on demand. It needs a minimum number of calls with transcripts before it will say anything — the page tells you how many you have and how many it needs.

The daily summary email

One email a day with your numbers. Each person turns it on for themselves under Settings → Notifications; an Admin sets what time it goes out.

Comparing yourself to other companies (optional)

Under Settings → Compliance & data → Benchmarks you can opt in to see the platform median answer, qualify, and transfer rates for companies in your vertical. Medians only — never anyone's identity or exact numbers — and nothing is shown until at least five companies in a vertical take part. Turn it off any time and your past contributions stop counting immediately.
