Team, roles, and account security

Invite your team under Settings → Team — invitees get an email and are added automatically when they sign in.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
AdminEverything except billing: team, API keys, integrations, campaigns.
MemberDay-to-day operating: leads, imports, campaigns, destinations.
ViewerRead-only: dashboards, stats, exports.

Signing in

Sign-in is passwordless — enter your email, click the magic link. Optional two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) can be enabled under Settings → Security.

Notifications

The bell shows in-app notifications. Email alerts (transfer connected, message taken, callback booked, daily summary) are per-person — everyone tunes their own under Settings → Email alerts, and admins choose what time of day the summary email goes out for the whole workspace.
