Email follow-ups after a call

Email follow-ups in the sidebar lets you email a lead automatically after a call didn't go the way you wanted — one message, or a series spread over days.

Setting one up

  1. Click New follow-up, pick the campaign it belongs to, and choose what triggers it: Call not answered, Went to voicemail, No buyer was available, or Qualified but not transferred.
  2. Add your steps. Each step is a subject line, a message, and how long to wait — right away, an hour, four hours, a day, two days, three days, or a week after the one before it.
  3. Personalize with the same placeholders as whisper text and SMS: {{first_name}}, {{state}}, and so on.
  4. Turn it Active when you're happy with it. Sequences start inactive on purpose.

Who actually gets emailed

Only leads that have an email address and the consent to be emailed. Anyone else is skipped silently — no bounced sends, no compliance risk. Emails carry your branding and sender name if you've set them (Branding).
