Your branding and your own web address

Under Settings → Branding you can put your own name and look on what your leads and your team see. Admins only, and both features below are on the Pro plan.

Branding

• Logo link — a web address pointing at your logo image.
• Brand color — used across the app and in emails.
• Email sender name — the name on follow-up emails to your leads, so they see your company rather than ours.

Changes apply to follow-up emails from the next send onward.

Custom domain

Serve the whole app from an address you own, like app.yourbrand.com, so your team and your leads never see lead2inbound:

1. Type the address under Settings → Branding → Custom domain and click Add domain.
2. We show you two DNS records. Add them at whoever manages your domain's DNS.
3. The status chip moves from Verifying to Live on its own — usually within an hour.

Your branding is applied on that address before anyone even signs in.
